Our Return & Refund Policy is as follows:
You may return all products within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or refund if the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at info@atfootwear.com with details of the product and the defect.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement because of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment that was used to place your order. After we complete your refund, we will send you a message/Email. Please allow 7-15 days for your refund to appear.
We cannot refund or be responsible for any fees not paid to us, which includes customs taxes or VAT, and any return shipping costs you may incur in the refund process.
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
Please do not send your purchase back to the address label on the package. That is not an effective return address and will cause your package to be lost. And you are responsible for the loss due to the wrong address. So please contact customer service and they will spare no effort to help.
